Judy Tancinco is a holistic health professional, with more than twenty years’ experience in energy healing and bodywork. 

Her diverse background includes Polarity, energy medicine, sound healing, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, Pilates, experiential anatomy, fascial unwinding, Touch for Health, Therapeutic Touch, tropical and sidereal astrology.

She is a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, and is certified as both a
Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP) and a Registered Polarity Educator (RPE)
with the American Polarity Therapy Association.

Judy currently is on faculty with the Institute of Holistic Health Careers,
as the co-director of the Elemental Reflexology™ program,
teaching Polarity energy anatomy and theory,
as well as Elemental Reflexology™.

 She maintains a private practice and teaches holistic health and energy-based classes at the Medina Holistic Health center in Medina, Ohio.

Colleen McDermott graduated from the Ohio College of Limited Medical Practice for massotherapy in 1990.  She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Ohio since 1990 and also founded Medina Massotherapy in 1990. 

She continued her post-graduate studies in holistic healing over the past 20 years, studying Ayurvedic medicine, energy healing, Therapeutic Touch, Touch for Health, Reiki, Polarity, Reflexology, and advanced massotherapy techniques such as
Trigger Point Therapy, Trager, muscle techniques for injuries and over-use syndromes, Pre-Natal Massage, and Ayurvedic Steam Therapy. 

She received her degree in Polarity Therapy and Elemental Reflexology™
in July of 2009, after 3 years of study. 

She has a strong passion for complimentary and alternative medicine in her personal life as well as professionally by educating her clients about holistic principles. 

Each of Colleen's sessions include aromatherapy. The pure essential oils deliver positive benefits to the body through the sense of smell, direct absorption into the skin and through normal digestive processes. 

Colleen is a Licensed Massage Therapist,
a member of the American Massage Therapy Association
and a Registered Polarity Therapist
by the American Polarity Therapy Association. 

Her private practice is in Medina where she was voted
#1 Best Massage Therapist in Medina in 2008.

Beth strongly believes that the holistic approach to medicine, which values and considers body, mind and spirit, is the most effective way to improve one's health. 

Polarity Therapy is an effective way to support one's own innate healing capabilities.

  She became a Registered Polarity Practitioner in June of 2009 after 24 months of training at the Institute of Holistic Health Careers of Ohio. 

In addition to being a proponent of holistic health, Beth is a scientist and a teacher. She received her PhD in Genetics from Case Western Reserve University in 1994. 

In addition to her private practice, Beth is also a biology professor at
Stark State College in North Canton, Ohio.
