My passion is working with people one-on-one, using my broad base of knowledge, experience and expertise to guide each individual in their unique search for balance, clarity and wellness at all levels. |
I offer a unique approach because I have over twenty years of experience in holistic health. Additionally, I am quite comfortable and proficient in both energy healing and structural bodywork.
Often, therapists and healers are either energetically or physically focused. It is sometimes difficult to find a competent therapist who is equally knowledgeable and at home in the anatomy of both the energy world as well as the physiology of the human body.

The philosophy of my practice is that each person has a unique energetic or vibrational blueprint that defines the essence of who they truly are. All pain and dis-ease is the result of discord within that unique energy pattern.
“Healing” is simply the natural return to the authentically unique pattern that makes up the Core Energy of each individual.

The foundation of my practice lies in the inherent healing ability of the human body. Rather than focusing on a particular symptom and attempting to ‘fix’ it, I work with the underlying Core of Health that lies within the entire system.
During a session, I follow the body’s signs and signals in order to unblock, balance and restore the normal, healthy flow of vital life energy. These changes in the energetic system will then naturally manifest in the physical body, thereby facilitating the client’s overall healing.
