MHH Classroom Rental Policies
Classroom is available:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday evenings
All day Saturday and Sunday
Room Rental rates:
20% of income, subject to the following minimum rates:
1-2 hours: $20.00
3-4 hours: $40.00
More than 4 hours: $50.00
MHH will:
Provide hot water
Provide tables and/or chairs
List the event on the MHH website
Provide a link directly to your website and/or event flyer
Renter will:
Market own class
Be the contact person for information and registration
Handle all monies generated by the event
Set up and take down room
Dispose of trash
Vacuum if needed
Bathroom facilities are located downstairs in the common area.
There is ample parking along the side and back of the house.
